Important Updates for KPSEA & KJSEA 2025 Candidates and Heads of Institutions 🎓
As schools open for the third term, we would like to remind heads of institutions and KPSEA and KJSEA candidates of the following crucial updates.
📥 Sample Papers Available
KJSEA sample papers were posted on the CBA portal in January 2025 for schools to download and familiarize learners with the formats.
⚫️ New OMR Shading Method
For the 2025 KPSEA and KJSEA, candidates will shade their responses in CIRCLES on the OMR sheets, not draw lines.
How to Access Sample Papers, Cover Pages & OMR Sheets 🚀
Step 1: Access the CBA Portal
Use the link: https://cba.knee.ac.ke
Log in using your Assessment Centre credentials (Username and Password). 🔐
Step 2A: For KJSEA Sample Papers
✅ i. Open the Grade 9 Portal
✅ ii. Click on Instructions & Sample Papers button to view all samples.
✅ iii. Click the Download button next to your selected sample paper.
Step 2B: For Sample Cover Pages & KPSEA OMR
✅ i. Open either the Grade 9 or Grade 6 (KPSEA) portal.
✅ ii. Click on the Download Sample Cover Page and OMR button.
The following Sample Cover Pages will be displayed:
- 601-English Language-Sample Cover Page
- 602-Kiswahili Lugha-Sample Cover Page
- 606-KSL-Sample Cover Page
✅ iii. To download each file, click the Download button next to your selection.
Step 3: Log Out & Stay Secure
🔒 Always remember to log out once you are done.
🔒 Keep your login credentials confidential to prevent unauthorized access to confidential data.
