Eligibility: All teachers except Heads/Deputy Heads

Mutual swap functionality with automatic locking upon agreement

Primary/Junior/Senior School/TTCs with subject combinations

3️⃣ New Teacher Access
Swap requests permitted before 5-year service completion

90-day initial + 90-day extension → Final regret after 180 days

5️⃣ Minimum Tenure
3-year mandatory stay post-transfer (exceptions with evidence)
