🌟 About the Program
The Teachers Service Commission is implementing the School-Based Teacher Support System (SBTSS) under the Secondary Education Equity and Quality Improvement Programme (SEEQIP). Following the success of the previous SEQIP program (2017-2024), SBTSS is now being extended to Junior Schools and Diploma Secondary Teachers Training Colleges across all 47 counties.
📝 Positions Available
- Facilitators/Trainers for Junior School Teachers in:
- Integrated Science
- Mathematics
- English
- Facilitators for Special Needs Education
✅ Basic Requirements
- Registered teacher with the Teachers Service Commission
- Minimum qualification: Diploma in Secondary Education in relevant subject
- Trained in CBE (Competency Based Education)
- At least 5 years teaching experience in Senior/Secondary school with TSC
- Proficiency in computer use and applications
- Must be serving in the county of choice
- Must NOT be a serving head or deputy head teacher
