This initiative prepares educators for the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) rollout in senior secondary schools (Grades 10-12) starting January 2026. The focus? Challenges & Outlook 🚧🔮

While the TSC’s efforts are a significant step, the Kenya Secondary Schools Heads Association (KESSHA) warns of challenges: inadequate infrastructure, staffing shortages in rural areas, and outdated school fees structures (unchanged since 2015). The 2025-2026 education budget of over Sh 700 billion aims to address these, but principals stress prioritizing teacher preparedness and resources for a smooth CBC transition. The stakes are high to ensure Kenya’s students are ready for a skills-based future! 🌟
